The Big Sandy 2025 Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, July 12 at 9:00 a.m. at the community beach.

RAINDATE: Sunday, July 13 at 9 a.m.

 Please bring a chair.

If you would like to discuss a topic or if a topic needs to be voted on, please email one of the board members by July 1, 2025 so that the item can be put on the agenda for discussion.

We still have vacant positions for a President. If anyone would like to be on the board, please let that also be known.

If you need a Proxy Vote form, please email Debbie Villanucci at dmvpearson@aol.com if you need one. Please scan and email to Debbie prior to meeting, or send with another member who will attend annual meeting.

As of now the 2026 member dues will remain at 500. These payments are due by January 1, 2026
