2026 Annual Meeting

The Big Sandy 2026 Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, July 11 at 9:00 a.m. at the community beach area.

RAINDATE: Sunday, July 12 at 9 a.m.

Please bring a chair. We strongly urge all members to attend and participate.

Topic Discussions

If you would like to discuss a topic or if a topic needs to be voted on, please email one of the board members by July 1, 2026 so that the item can be put on the agenda for discussion.

We still have vacant positions for a President. If anyone would like to be on the board, please let that also be known.

Proxy Vote for 2026

If you need a Proxy Vote form, please email Barbara Powers, Secretary at bpowers1229@gmail.com if you need one. Please scan and email to Barbara prior to meeting, or send with another member who will attend annual meeting.

2026 Annual Dues

As of now the 2026 member dues will remain at 500. These payments are due by January 1, 2026
