The Big Sandy 2024 Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, July 13 at 9:00 a.m. at the community beach.

RAINDATE: Sunday, July 14 at 9 a.m.

 Please bring a chair.

If you would like to discuss a topic or if a topic needs to be voted on, please email one of the board members by July 1, 2024 so that the item can be put on the agenda for discussion.

We still have vacant positions for a President and Secretary. If anyone would like to be on the board, please let that also be known.

If you need a Proxy Vote form, please email Debbie Villanucci at DV99999999@aol.com if you need one. Please scan and email to Debbie prior to meeting, or send with another member who will attend annual meeting.

As voted at this year's Annual Meeting on July 8, the 2024 annual dues have increased to $500. These payments are due by January 1, 2024.
